Insurance Requirements for WCU Housing, LLC

WCU Housing, LLC is a private company with a requirement and goal to keep all students protected at all times.  As such, we require each student to provide their own property and liability insurance.  This is very important in an off-campus setting as many times students will have guests or roommates who introduce additional risk.

Please see below except from your lease that explains the requirements for insurance coverage. Note that WCU Housing, LLC should be listed as “Additional Insured” not “Additional Interest” (Your insurance agent will know the difference but this must be provide to them up front)
